With this shirt, we pay homage to the rich history of DC soccer by evoking the spirit of the old NASL Washington Diplomats.
The “DIPS” had some memorable moments in the 70’s and early 80’s, and one of the
funkiest jerseys in the league. We took that jersey concept and modernized it to the current Black and Red colors of DC United.
